Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Revamp Gallery. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Returns are not accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [Revampgallery@yahoo.com] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Pre-Order Items:
Pre-order items are eligible for returns and refunds once they have been delivered, following the same conditions above.

Shipping Costs:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
